We are currently seeking a motivated individual who desires a challenging career and increasing responsibilities as a Civil Staff Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering tasks in the site/civil engineering field through the development of a working knowledge of applicable design criteria, regulatory requirements, standards and processes
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software to complete project site designs
- Provide engineering support on multiple design projects, including analyzing and documenting critical design elements
- Develop site layout/grading, roadway/trail/pedestrian facilities, marine structures, utility design, storm water management facilities and erosion & sediment control plans and details
Requirements:
- BSCE from ABET accredited engineering program
- EIT Certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in site/civil engineering
- Capable of working on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D in the development of Design and Construction Documents
